In 2004, we opened our doors with a simple idea: give the community fresh, local and seasonal dishes and provide a place that makes them want to come back again and again. You have responded in kind, and we often see many of you a couple of times a day, if not several times a week.
The Kitchen is what it is because we truly believe in community. Over the years we've gotten a lot of feedback from the Boulder Community, and as part of our 5th anniversary, we are excited to introduce the following changes.
Beginning April 21st:
-We will no longer take reservations Downstairs (parties of 5 or more excepted)
-We will now be open all-day from 11am-10pm Monday to Friday
-Lunch will run 11am to 3pm
-We're introducing 'Community Hour': A daily gathering of friends each afternoon for reduced price food and drink from 3pm to 6pm
-More Shared Plates Downstairs
-Boulder's Favorite Brunch remains the same (Saturday and Sunday - 9am to 2pm)
The Kitchen [Downstairs] will be closed on Monday April 20th to prepare for the above changes.
